15. To the Maldives

I don't want to confront her about her scar. I will wait until she's ready to open up with me. The wound on her heart was still fresh, and I didn't want to add to that misery. I will do everything to make her happy. I will give her the world—the peaceful world that she deserves.

As I looked at her, my eyebrows furrowed. She was eating happily, and it was nice to see. The whole team loves her, and she gets along with them quickly. She even prepared snacks for them and sweet pastries that she bought from a nearby bakeshop for the team to take.

"Thank you, Kylie and Enzo. I hope to see you again, guys, in our next medical mission," Geoff said, and the rest of the team hugged Kylie. She was so sweet with them.

"For sure! We will do lots of medical missions in the future!" Kylie waved at them, and the team waved back.

"Thank you for the sweets, Kylie!" said Geoff. "Have a great honeymoon, Enzo!" They waved goodbye.

They're off taking the public boat, as Dillion will leave ton
