Amelia’s heart banged violently against her ribcage. She immediately rushed towards Ethan and pulled his head onto her lap. “Ethan, Ethan!” She called to him while patting his cheek.
“What the hell happened?” She screamed at the crowd as panic enveloped her. She did not even realize that tears were streaming down her face.
“Someone call an ambulance!” She shrieked as she tried to wake Ethan up. He looked so vulnerable that it tugged at her heart painfully.
“Excuse me!” She heard a voice coming through the crowd and was relieved to see Josh Knight, Ethan’s assistant.
“Oh… thank God. Josh, please help me carry Ethan,” Amelia pleaded desperately.
Josh didn’t respond to Amelia but carried Ethan on his back and hastily
