Time flew by and it was Lavender's due date.
She was rushed to the hospital in the middle of the night.
Robert, who had wanted to personally accompany her had an emergency in the overseas company and thus he was not present.
He so badly wanted to postpone the meeting but the situation was a bit tricky which is why he had to go personally.
During the past two months or so, he has been sneaking in the house in the middle of the night when Lavender was a sleep.
He would only be contented when he hugged her to sleep but would leave early before she woke up.
