Chapter 83

With the help of her part time cook, Lavender prepared a scrumptious dinner.

Lavender, Robert, Newton, Mr Stone and the children sat on the round table to have dinner.

The atmosphere was harmonious as the family ate in silence.

Whitney and Ian had been brought up with an aristocratic upbringing. They carried themselves with dignity even during their meal and made very little sound.

Lavender on the hand didn't like talking while she ate and Reagan had learnt from her.

The sound that could be heard was just the sound of chopsticks against the ceramic plates.

Lavender ate as she served her three kids while Robert served her from time to time.

The family of five was in sync and you couldn't even tell that they have been separated for a whole seven years.

Mr Stone and Newton looked at their interaction and smiled secretly to themselves. 

Whitney looked at her mother serving her and felt emotional.
