Rachel

My biological clock woke me up early.

I yawned and I got out of bed. The sun's rays peeked into my room through the curtains.

My life was smooth-sailing. I did not have anything to do other than surf through the internet.

This didn't sit well with me at all.

I wanted to have something to do. This idle time didn't agree with my body.

In my hazy memories, it seemed like I had a high workload.

Maybe this was why I felt unaccustomed.

The week at the hospital was spent on my research of this city. I wanted to know about everything so I would not look like a fool later.

My research kept me from noticing the harm idleness would cause.

The dinner with the family yesterday didn't end on a good note for me.

I did not forget the fact that I have to go shopping today with snakes.
