She dialed his number again and as thought, he wouldn't pick. She let out a sigh before dropping her phone.

There's this part in her still thinking Alex is Bryan. It might look like she's crazy, but something's definitely not right somewhere and she would find out.

But does this mean she doesn't trust Bryan? No, she trusts him so much but he had always told her he can't reveal himself to her now, not until she's his completely, not until she's ready to let go of Bruce.
