Chapter 5

Zelina calmed down after a while, but Klaus refused to let go of her. The door opens in the private room...

"Niki??" A beautiful woman who shared the same smile as Alexis did walked into the room

Niklaus turns to the door... He turns Zelina around without letting go of her.

"Zee this is Emma my cousin" Niklaus introduces his cousin to his wife. 

"Hello... Why do you look familiar?" Emma says as soon as she sees Zelina. She could not place her, but she has seen her somewhere before.

Niklaus gives Emma the stink eye, Emma tries to avoid his murderous stare.

"Hello, I'm Lina" Zelina offers her hand to Emma and Emma takes it.

"Lina?" Emma looks at Klaus with a playful smile

"Nice to meet you Lina..." Emma smiles widely. She finally knows who she is. And she could not wait milk this cookie.

Zelina notices the weird vibe coming from the two of them...

Emma's phone rings, she looks at screen she does not seem happy

She rolls her eyes and looks at Niklaus "Crap its Raven, I didn't want to get involved in this mess... I am not the one that hooked up with some crazy" she sounded highly annoyed

"That's what I said, but Lex is blackmailing me to help... And using great grandpa's place as the headquarters" Niklaus complains 

"Is it bad that I wish he grows up after this?" Emma says taking a seat on the extra chair in the room.

"Wishful thinking maybe first uncle throws him in the military after this" Niklaus says 

"Oh no you’re telling uncle?" she looks at him shocked. 

"I already told him" Niklaus smiles.

Just then Zelina's phone rings, it is unknown number

"Hello?" she answers and moves away from the two so they could continue their conversation

"Hey, could you please pass the phone to Niki?" the woman on the other line asks

This startles Zelina and she looks at her phone in shock. "Who is this?" she asks suspiciously. No one knows she is married to Niklaus; how did this woman find out.

"Oh, sorry I'm Catherine Stevens Niki's cousin he's not answering he's phone" Catherine introduces herself.

Zelina looks at Klaus and hands him the phone

"It’s for you." She tells him

He takes the phone

"Jacobs…" he answers

"Niki it's bad" Catherine sighs…

"What's wrong?" he frowns 

"It’s Taylor, she's missing" she tells him

He frowns. One of his most dramatic cousins are missing. It had to be Raven rubbing off on his sister. "What do you mean?" he asks her

"She was supposed to land two hours ago… I have waited at the airport for two hours and there is no sign of her…"

"Check the airport security" Niklaus suggests

"I did but the thing is she's in LA and not Greece" Catherine explains. And leaves out how she found out.

"Keep looking" he tells her. he was going to have his men looking for her.

He hangs up the phone and hands it back to Zelina. 

"This is too much of a darn coincidence… Someone is trying to force uncle out of office" he tells Emma

There was no way that both of his cousins were in trouble at the same time. They were many things, but they were not stupid Raven was not stupid enough to tell anyone where the sperm bank is. And Taylor would not go off and do her own thing.

"What?" Emma asks in shock

"Tay is missing" he sighs. Just what he needed. He just wanted a peaceful evening with this wife a now this.

"What?" Emma asks 

"Yeah, she's in LA" he tells his cousin.

"You sure she's not in her apartment wrapped up in a book..." Emma shrugs it off.

"She's young not irresponsible Emma" he glares at his cousin.

"You know she's never been one of us since she was young" Emma shrugs. 

They were not close to Taylor she always thought she was better than the rest of them. Emma thought to herself

"Emma! She is your cousin!" Klaus scolds his cousin. 

Klaus leaves the room Emma sits in a daze on the seat Klaus was sitting

"Are you okay?" Lina asks Emma 

Emma smiles and looks at Lina. She nods. "Yeah... Sorry about that." She apologizes

"I take it you’re not close to your cousin?" Zelina asks

Emma shakes her head. "It’s not that she's a lot younger than us she and Zain are the same age they 17 years old" she tells her

"I see" Zelina nods

"Yeah, I just hope she's okay... She and Nick are close though. She would always call him if she needed anything. he is the eldest, so we all tend to lean on him for help." Emma says

Klaus walks back into the room… "Found her she's at the old house now." he tells them

Emma frowns "She went to Grandpa?" she asks 

Niklaus shakes his head. "No, my men took her there"

"Okay now let's go to the old house." Emma stands up.

Niklaus sighs they have not even had a chance to eat supper yet. "I have to drop Zelina first" he tells her

Emma looks at him and smiles. "You really going to leave your wife alone with Raven?"

He thinks for a second. "You've got a point..." He turns to Zelina " Do you mind coming with? Coming with entails meeting my very overbearing grandmother" he warns Zelina

She nods. "Yes, it’s okay" 

She had no idea what she was in for, to be honest he did not know what his grandmother might have up her sleeve.

"Tell her what grandma did to my dad or your dad... Or what she did to all the male grandkids" Emma teases

"Emma it’s not funny... I am still traumatized" Niklaus sighs. This was going to be a long drive.

"What happened?" Zelina asks as they walk out of the restaurant

"My grandmother got my dad kicked out of the army to go on blind dates, and what traumatized little old Nick over here, she had them all checked out down there to make sure they can have kids, she didn't stop there she had their sperm stored at a private lab... which is kind of the huge issue now because we don't know who's kid Meg is carrying right now... There weren't names on it." Emma happily explains

There were not names on the tubes but numbers. And if Niklaus remembered correctly. He was number one, because he was the first male grandchild, and then Raven two.

"That was too much information Emma" Klaus says.

Zelina bursts out laughing at Klaus's reacting, she found it really cute 

They left the restaurant boarded the car and rushed to the old house when they arrived at the old house its was two huge Villa's both were extremely amazing one had a French influence and the other had a modern influence... 

"The one of the left belongs to Emma's mom and dad. We going to the one on the right, (The one with French influence)" he explains to Zelina

Emma walks in first

"Grand-mere votre maison de petits-enfants prefers” Emma says walking in… [Grandma your favorite grandchild’s home]

"Oh, my baby. Your French is getting better" Lana Jacobs says walking into the living room.

Klaus holds his wife’s hand and mouths ‘I’m sorry’

Klaus and Zelina walks in. Lana [Klaus's grandmother] sizes Zelina up.

"Zelina?" she asks 

"Grandma!!" Niklaus scolds her

"I'm sorry I didn't realize you've gotten so big since I've seen you little Zee" she kisses Zelina’s cheeks 

"You know me?" Zelina asks in shock.

Lana looks at her grandson curiously. Niklaus shakes his head lightly

"Grandma where's Tay?" He asks 

"She's in her room sulking..." she tells her grandson

"I'll go up and check" he says walking toward the stairs

Niklaus leaves and Emma and Lana looks at Zelina curiously like she has all the answers they are looking for...

"Little Zee are you from New York?" Lana asks 

"Yes, yes..." Zelina nods.

"I knew it. That little snake tried to make me feel like I am getting senile..." Lana jumps and starts looking toward the stares where Niklaus disappeared to.

"I'm sorry do you know me?" Zelina asks 

"You don't remember Niki, do you?" Emma asks tilting her head as she looks at Zelina. She recognized Zelina the second she laid eyes on her.

"Remember him from?" Zelina looks at her confused.

"About sixteen years ago, we stayed in New York, Niklaus’s parents were building a business over there and we all went with. We met you there, you and Niki got married in the backyard of our Villa... You do not remember your own husband?" Emma says

"..." Zelina looked at the woman mouth agape.

He is the boy from back then, she was about six at the time and for some reason his name was Mickey in my head. Oh, my word his name Mickey and Niki sounds the same she mistaken his name... I cannot believe I married my "First husband"

"Honey when will you and Niklaus have kids?" Lana asks bringing Zelina out of her thoughts.

"..."

They had just gotten married, and she already wants great grandkids
