The First Day At Work 1

Eliza's POV

I was about to fall asleep when the loud shrill of the intercom phone jerked me back, I raised my and yawned as I glanced at the phone.

I could see something in the small screen which I read out, "The boss."

I wasn't sure of what he was up to this time, I couldn't figure out what he might want from me again. I knew whatever it was, it was to torture me again like he had been doing.

I sighed and held the phone to my ear I cleared my throat before I said, "Hello."

"Come in," he said and before I could say any other word, he stopped the call.

I sighed and stood up reluctantly, I was going to ask if he wanted me to bring the box he gave me earlier but he didn't give me that chance to do that.

I picked up the box, I would just give it to him if that was what he wanted, I was really tired of walking back and forth, my legs were already shaking and wobbly from walking miles.
