Chapter 29 : Family Ties

Duncan sat at his desk, the room dimly lit by the soft glow of his desk lamp. His hands trembled slightly as he reached for the glass of water. The recent health scare had shaken him to his core, forcing him to confront his mortality. The conversation with his sons, Fabio and Felix, had been a wake-up call.
