Two Mates

"Hao", I looked up at Hao, who appeared from nowhere.

I withdrew from the hug.

"I should be asking you why you open the summoning mirror?", Hao replied angrily.

"Anyways, you are free now. Remember to fulfill your duties properly from now on", I said to him.

I moved my hand in the air and a chocolate bar appeared. Hao happily snatched it. His expressions changed in a blink of an eye from anger to happiness.

I stared at him, "What are you hiding now? I can tell there is something you should tell me."

He looked at me with his mouth covered with chocolate, "Indeed there is something important but I guess you already know it."

"Something I know?", I questioned him.

He stared at me and pointed toward Lin, "What about him? You had already found your mate and you seem quite close to him. As much as I know you don't express your feelings too much in front of others. Maybe it's the effect of him being your mate. You seem to recover your memory since you know him."
