SABRINA SANTIAGO "I made some strawberry pancakes," I heard Ms. Miranda notified me the minute she noticed my presence. The dark-skinned lady was the definition of beauty, her skin was flawless and she carried a simple but unique smile. "Should I help you set up the table or something?" I asked, walking up to Ms. Miranda. "I would have wanted your help but you might not know exactly where I kept the plate," she muttered. "I can sense everything, I would locate them if you explained to me where they are being kept," I said, not wanting to give her a hint that I could see her. I walked up to the highly decorated cabinet to take out the plate. I lifted a toe up to get three plates and a fork. I moved to the table before setting them up. "Sometimes I feel like you can see, the way you act makes it seem like you have your sight." Ms. Miranda said, slashing slices of the cake we baked a while ago on the plate.
