Javier and Cecille arrived at Janiyah's house and just before Janiyah left to go to the coffee shop. She was a little surprised to see Javier in front of their door when she opened it and she was even more surprised to see that her real mother, Cecille, was with Javier.

"W-what are you doing here?" Janiyah asked the two guests, stammering.

Cecille and Javier looked at each other, Javier felt nervous because he thought that Janiyah might be upset that he brought Cecille with him.

"Janiyah, can we talk?" Cecille asked weakly. She is afraid that Janiyah won’t talk to her but this matter is more important than anything so she needs to pursue Janiyah to talk to her no matter what.

Janiyah couldn't answer immediately because she was confused. She just remembered what happened the other day when Cecille suddenly slapped her.

“I—”

But before Janiyah could speak, Laura suddenly appeared. "Who is the visitor, Janiyah?" Laura asked but she immediately stopped when she saw Javier and the woman s
