"Lord," I looked at Edmund. I was waiting for what he was going to say but he immediately shook his head and said, "no, nevermind."

I frowned at what he did. "What's that?" I asked hoping he would say something more.

She sighed, "about your husband." I was silent and the smile disappeared from my lips. He was surprised and immediately bent over his plate. When he faced me, he immediately shook his head and sighed again.

"I'm just wondering why he chose you and you're ugly.." I immediately hit him with a look that he just laughed at.

Edmund was with me throughout my break time. I was quiet and sometimes laughed at the stories he told after we broke up. I didn't say anything else to him. I just let him talk.
