I didn't know where I was or what day it was, but when I opened my eyes a blurry silhouette appeared before me, I had my arms on either side of my body, beyond the silhouette there was something white, a light that hit forcing me to blink repeatedly until I managed to observe a face very close to mine.

My mouth was ajar, my throat dry and I felt out of touch with reality, the air seemed to enter my nostrils almost involuntarily, lurking inside my body so creepily as it continued to keep me alive.

"Alisha" Louis' voice came sneaking in like a drone through my ears, his face seemed a smudge over mine, I stared wanting to focus on him.

I didn't.

Stunned, I wanted to so hastily relate that voice inside my head, I knew I had heard it before from somewhere, I wanted to move my arms, to no avail, they didn't want to execute the command, they felt so heavy and my lips so parched.
