"Miranda my darling daughter, I am only after you, I just want the best for you, but..if you insist Marcus is what you want, no problem, I am fine with whatever gives you joy," Helga said patting her at her back but deeply in her mind she knew what she would do.

"Mum! Are you being serious?" Miranda said as she hurriedly stood from her bed she curled up.

"Of course, if it gives you joy," Helga replied.

"Wow! Mom, you are the best, in fact, I need to call Marcus right away," Miranda said as made a move to stand and get her phone to contact Marcus.

"Oh! No! You don't have to do that now, you need to rest, and I will have to leave you now, I am exhausted already," Helga stated and stood up from Miranda's bed as she inhaled deeply.

"Mum! Good night," Miranda said and blushed sweetly as she watched her mother walk out of her sight.

Immediately Helga walked out of her room, she took her phone and dialled up Marcus's line.

"Unbelievable, it's ringing," She exclaimed sweetly.
