I really don’t understand myself anymore! Just when I said I will return to the old me, I fell for Leah’s trick again. What did I do to these girls that they are bent on ruining me? Can’t they go for someone else?

I heard a knock on the door and quickly arranged the files in order before sitting on my chair fully focused. The knock came again and I asked the person to come in.

“Good day Andrian” I heard the voice and raised my head to see it was Zoey.

“Good day Zoey” I answered stuttering nervously

“Are you okay?” she asked taking a sit

“Yeah, I’m fine” I said and cleared my throat 

“So why are you here?” I asked after getting a hold of myself

“I came to submit my resignation letter like I said” she took out an envelope from her bag and dropped it on the table
