Samantha’s POV
The lights in my room turned on and off at my control, with me staring into the space and focusing on nothing. My mind was hazy and I felt unsettled. I had shut out Uncle Mark for two days straight, and I haven’t spoken to Adrian as well.
These two men attempted to reach me, but I wasn’t giving them the chance. I’d lose my resolve if I did.
I didn’t want either of them to lecture me on what and what not. They’d both end up telling me I was treading a wrong and dangerous path.
Basically, why have I stayed in for days?
To think and reconsider my actions. That’s why!

Samantha’s POVThe meeting with Mr Atkinson went hitch free. I had promised myself that would be the last meeting with the man, so I made sure I sealed every deal before leaving his place.
