Amelia opened the door to the room and shouted that everything was perfect already. I laughed and hugged my friend Isabela again.

I got up and went to the kitchen to look at the people there. Ethan was looking at me with a smile and an expression of "I'm proud of you," as if he were my father and I had just won a trophy in some competition.

I approached the bar where everyone was gathered, and Isabela arrived a few seconds later. We stared at each other, and in a moment when everyone was silent, my stomach growled in the worst way possible, so loud that everyone turned to look at me.

I felt myself melting with embarrassment, my cheeks turned warm, and I wanted to hide in my arms.

With so many emotions in one day, I had completely forgotten that I needed to eat, and boy, I was hungry at that moment.

"What? I haven't eaten anything all day," I pouted, and everyone started laughing.

They all smiled and turned their gaze to Ethan.

"All right, buddy, it's your turn," Isabela spoke as cheer
