Chapter 145: Taken By Surprise

"Can I let you go?" Talia asked.

Nathan nodded his head, and when Talia let go of him, she was glad he was able to stand on his own. "Just walk. Empty your thoughts and just walk."

Nathan emptied his thoughts and began to walk, until he got to her. Since he woke up, he had a little issue trying to use his body once again because they had been stiff, coupled with him being on the bed for six months.

She pulled him into a tight hug when he got to her and they both walked towards the bed.

"Where's Sebastian?"

"He's not a kid. Perhaps he had one or two things to do or probably one of two ladies to visit." Talia replied, making Nathan chuckled. Sebastian would never have anything to do with ladies. The only thing that had always been on his mind was how to do his job beside him better.

"I hope so."

Nathan made Talia stand on her feet, and made her seat on his thighs. "You sure you're okay here?"

He nodded his head "I think it's time you start looking after yourself first."
