“I’m sorry, but…” Madison was about to refuse, feeling it inappropriate since her boss had a feud with Sebastian when Lake’s voice overrode hers.

“It’s alright. If he wants to sleep at your house, then let him sleep on the floor,” Lake half-jokingly said.
