TCLM#83: Set the record straight.

Cali immediately dialed Perci’s number, but it was out of the coverage area. She immediately went to his office and asked the bodyguard  to watch over her dog. On the elevator, she saw Nigeel, the arrogant cousin of her husband.

“Aren’t you going in, Mrs. Cali?” He is smiling like a devil who succeeds in his plan.

Cali did not reply, but she walked into the elevator. They are the only two people inside the elevator. The silence had been deafening Cali’s ears until Nigeel broke it. 

“Did you know that your husband had a relationship with a random guy in Los Angeles?”

“So, it was you who spread the fake news.”
