SPECIAL EDITION 2 - Via & Sean

Sean’s head ached as he got out of the bed, as did the left side of his stomach hurt and throbbed. A grunt from the right side of the bed made his head turn slightly. He looked at a man sitting on a sofa with a magazine in his lap.

“You better lie down before the doctor comes in and sees you in that position,” the man advised before shifting his focus back to the magazine.

Sean snorted softly and tried to get out of bed while enduring the pain with the occasional grimace.

There was a sigh from the direction of the man sitting on the sofa, making Sean’s face contort in annoyance.

“I told you to lie back down, but your stubbornness is a waste of my time,” said the man again, clicking his tongue and shaking his head.

“You can go home when you’re done with the police,” Sean said as he growled and his breathing turned heavy, he was having a hard time holding back his body that nearly wobbled.
