Chapter 43.

Victoria POV

I fall to my knees on the floor, practically vomiting water, feeling my body shaking and wet, still trembling with fear.

"Breath, take a deep breath" Dominik urges me, gently patting me on the back.

Everything feels so confusing, I don't even remember well what happened. I was on the other side of the ship, and when I felt the rain coming down, I thought about going to the cafeteria to take shelter, as my bag was cloth and I had important things in there that I didn't want to get wet. So walking slowly through the crowd of other passengers, I felt from one moment to the next how the ship moved in a very abrupt way, but with nowhere to hold on to, I was practically thrown out of the ship into the air, and then fell into the water. Then I remember the most desperate feeling of my whole life, as I saw everything completely black in front of my eyes, and I felt the cold water around me pushing me and sinking me deeper and deeper.
