Feeling extremely excited, I bite a lip, as we go down the hotel elevator. It's mid-afternoon, we're a couple of hours before dark, and even though the party was starting at 3 PM according to the public information, Dominik told me it wasn't a good idea to arrive early to a party.

"Most people will arrive later, a couple of hours after the party is supposed to start, and we should arrive later too, along with the other people who will be going" Dominik explains to me.

I don't think I quite understand the logic since I thought that going to a party early would be like going to any other public event earlier than the rest, that is to say, that it would be something much better since we could find better places or have more drinks for ourselves by being the first ones.
