The next morning was a Monday, and as Wayne woke up, he was surprised to find an empty bed.

Panic rushed through him as he quickly got off the bed, slipped on his shoes, and dashed towards the bathroom, hoping to find Kaylar there.

'Where could she be?' Wayne thought to himself as he walked into Kaylar's walk-in closet.

His breath hitched in relief when he finally spotted Kaylar standing there, fully dressed in her professional suit, applying a light touch of makeup to enhance her look.

"Kay, you were here," Wayne exclaimed, a mixture of relief and adoration evident in his voice as he approached her side. "Good morning, baby," he greeted his hand gently circling her waist.
