Chapter 9 Will You Like the Big 'Gift'?

Ezra was working in the study when someone suddenly knocked on the door.

Beth Ruth wore a home dress and walked in with a cup of coffee. "Ezra, why do you have to work in my place?"

She hugged the man from behind and her hair fell into his shirt.

Ezra pinched his eyebrows tiredly and hugged Beth Ruth's waist tightly.

Beth Ruth tilted her head and gently kissed the man on the forehead. She asked, "If you have any troubles, you can tell me."

After a moment of silence, Ezra looked up and said in a hoarse voice, "Beth, I seem to have found out the cause of my parents' death!"

Beth Ruth was a little surprised. She thought for a moment and asked curiously, "Didn't they die in a car accident?"

"We have new evidence today," The look in Ezra's eyes instantly became ruthless. "They were not just died in a car accident. The accident has something to do with Aden Ruth!"

"How could it be..." Beth Ruth was shocked.
