Chapter58 The Truth About Father's Suicide

The next day, Ezra woke up early, changed his clothes and got ready to go out.

Beth heard the door close and hurriedly ran out in her pajamas and saw Ezra getting ready to go downstairs. She quickly stepped forward and took his arm, "Ezra, where are you going?"

Ezra frowned, a coldness in his voice, "I don't need to answer you where I'm going, do I?"

Beth froze for a moment and looked at Ezra accusingly, "Ezra, you misunderstood, I wasn't trying to pry into your whereabouts, I was just concerned about you."

Seeing Beth's sincere face, Ezra's heart felt uncomfortable and his tone eased, "I'm going out to do something, I'll be back later."

As Ezra said this, his eyes absently glanced at the closed door of Arabella's room.

Beth smiled gently, "Then you be safe on the road."

Ezra bent down and kissed Beth on the forehead and whispered, "Okay."

Beth smiled happily and took Ezra's arm, walking him all the way to the
