"Hello mom, is everything alright? " I asked and all I could hear was my mom sobbing.
"Mom, what's wrong?" I asked already panicking.
God, please let all me well with my dad.
"It's your dad," she said and my heart sank. Please God let him not be dead.
"He had a heart attack and he's in an even worse condition than he was," she informed and I heaved a sigh of relief. At least he was still alive.
"We have to do the surgery now."
Surgery? But we don't have enough money for that yet.
