Ameera cautiously pushed open the dicky, her eyes widening in disbelief. Instead of the bustling airport she had envisioned, she found herself surrounded by an eerie silence and a vast expanse of barren land. Confusion and panic gripped her heart, and she stumbled out of the car, her legs unsteady beneath her.
