Who she is

Ava strode into her living room in the night when she came back from work, and pulled her heels immediately to slouch on the nearest couch that she could lay on. She felt so exhausted from working all day with little time to take a break, as she let out a weary sigh which was a sound heavy with the weight of accumulated exhaustion.

Her muscles ached with a deep persistent soreness, with every fiber protesting against the demand of continued exertion. It was evident that her bones were tired from working so much.

A heavy fog suddenly enveloped her mind and shrouded her thoughts in a gray haze, while trying to distort her perspective of every good thing that she had been experiencing so far. Every decision that she had to make by herself for a couple of days suddenly felt overwhelming, and she was feeling so paralyzed by indecision and a pervasive sense of helplessness.
