“Hey I wanna tell you the reason, and everything you wanna know. If you are fine with it” said Dimitri when I picked up his call the next day. I just woke up with a mild headache and tired eyes. Right after finishing her sentence, she told us to read it and discuss the poem with each other for the remaining five minutes. Everyone kind of started talking to each other but not about the assignment while we just sat there awkwardly. I didn’t know how to initiate a conversation after all the drama and then an apology and I think he felt the same because he moved slightly in his seat uncomfortably.

I don’t know how much time it will take for him to come to the park but I have a feeling he will be there in less than 10 minutes, now all I have to do is convince my parents to let me go out while there is a murderer on the loose, easy said than done.
