Remus walked into his hotel building with a serious look on his face. He was there for business and not to smile or crack jokes and he knew that the only thing that could make him smile was Sylvia who sadly was back in New York.

He could have allowed her to accompany him but he wasn't sure there wouldn't be any battle since his line of work was always filled with action and suspense.

His wolf growled within him and Remus knew a threat was close by. That was the only time his wolf ever growled. He was in company of ten of his trusted men and so far, nothing unusual had happened.
