Chapter 44 ~ Betraying Annabel

Nikolai and Caspian exchanged looks but said nothing because they knew that when it came to Kiana Frost, Arthur was the most unstable and unpredictable in the room.

“I guess that marriage might just happen after all.” Caspian laughed as he drowned the whiskey in the glass and Nikolai joined him.

“I’m still mad at him for swapping my security-” Nikolai wanted to complain but Caspian cut him off.

“I changed my mind.” Caspian groaned and walked to his room and shut the door leaving a seething Nikolai behind.
