With clenched teeth, Jayla gave Monica a fierce look as though the witch within her was only interested in stabbing her to death. She did not give a damn about what people thought of her or how they judged her. Jayla had a deep-set animosity on her face that she did not conceal from her friends.

“Please forgive us for underestimating you. The game you demonstrate is deserving of applause. Maybe we ought to have a broad perspective on you," a woman stated as she stood up for Monica when others were still in a fog since their minds hadn't accepted that whatever they thought did not take place. Katherine was just good against them, but the girl in front of them was the best; at the very least, they had never seen such a finishing shot before.
