Chapter twenty three

Diane stood at Elena's porch waiting for her to answer the door. She had literally begged Dario to allow her out of the house mainly the bed.... yes she slept in his room, in the same bed with him last night.

Dario didn't want her to leave the bed, he called Charlotte and ordered her to dress Ruby and Dennis for school even make their breakfast and told her if they ask of their mom, she should tell them their mom came down with a flu. That was not all, he also ordered Daniel to take them to school and then called Elaine to cancel all appointments he had.

But his plans of spending the whole day with her was cut short when Elena called her and requested her presence.

It seemed selfish to her that Dario gave up everything he had to do today just to be with her but she couldn't. She apologised profusely but Dario waved it off and decided to go to the office.
