HERALD.

By the time I opened my eyes, she was gone. Nathan was still spread passed out on the floor while Collins was gone.

“Fuck, he set us up!” I groaned.

I went to Nathan and kicked him repeatedly, waking him up. When he gained consciousness, he stood up immediately.

“Where is she?!” He looked around with panic.

“I don't know. Collins is gone too, I think he set us up.” I growled lowly.

“Collins would never do that. What do you think the witches wanted with Odeya? Perhaps they took Scarlett too to lure us in here. However, I know Collins would never betray us,” Nathan replied, checking his pocket for something.

“What are you looking for?” I asked.

“My cell phone -- which they have taken. I have some sort of tracker which I could have used to track Collin’s phone.” He sighed, rubbing his forehead. And then I saw his eyes go blank for a second, he was trying to mind-link Collins but failed.

“Of course, he bloody set us up!” I groaned, looking away. Nathan sighed, still disagr
