Young Cresta was surprised to hear the word "execution", she never thought her family would want to behead their beloved daughter. But before her uncle could take Cresta to the Hargan, Adrianne grabbed his axe and drove it into her uncle's chest. A Kingsley cannot be killed with such a fatal wound, but they do feel the pain, of course. Before the wounds on his chest could heal, Adrianne attacked his neck from the blind side, decapitating him. Then Adrianne threw his head into the fireplace, killing him 'permanently'.

Anna and Cresta shuddered at his barbaric act.

"I won't let him take you from me." Adrianne said. Without feeling guilty after killing his bride's uncle, young Cresta said:

"Thank God he's dead. Nothing can separate us now, my love."
