Erwin walked alone to House Heather's castle. The castle courtyard was too small to accommodate his gigantic dragon Frenya, so he "parked" her in a meadow and walked to the castle by himself. He wore a coat to cover his blonde hair. Although no one recognized his true identity, he still often encountered the flirtatious advances of girls who passed by him. Even a prostitute from the brothel almost pulled him into her room, but Erwin said:

"I'm sorry, woman, but I already have a lover and am on my way to my future wife's house. A man who is going to be a husband is not fit to sleep with a prostitute in a brothel."

When Erwin reached the castle's grand gate, he took off his coat. He showed the guards his blond hair, and he introduced himself. The guards recognize him. They asked for Erwin's sword to take with them, and Erwin handed over his sword.

"Do not be afraid, my prince. Lord Heather will not harm a guest who takes refuge in his house."

"I am not afraid," said Erwin.
