"How did you get here, Rowan?" I asked him as I took a slow step forward him.

Rowan exhaled nervously and said, "I know what Regina did to you was very wrong, and I deeply blame myself for not stopping her in time."

I peered my blue eyes at him and I could through his face that he meant his words. At the moment, I didn't know what to do other than to start uncomfortably fiddling my fingers.

"It's fine," I muttered under my breath, but I believe he heard me since we were both standing very close to each other.

"You have to leave now, Rowan!" Cassandra rudely said as she walked forward toward us "Hidalgo won't take it lightly with you if he happens to see you here!"

"I know he'd be enraged but I honestly didn't mean any trouble," Rowan retorted at her with a high tone of sincerity.
