The next morning and the sun rays were slinking into the room through the silk white curtains that hung on the window.

Gabrielle was spreading on her bed, her eyes still closed as she tries to struggle to sit on her bed but something was obstructing her.

Anxiety swept through her and she snapped her eyes open, her pupils grew wide when she saw Hidalgo laying next to her.

"Huh!" Gabrielle gasped sharply, and her mouth opened wide like a ball. She was shocked, aghast, and astonished to find him by her side!

"W-what...?!" She attempted to talk but she trailed off instantly as she found herself stunned.

Gabrielle closed her eyes briefly as she was now lost in a few thoughts, she tried to remember yesterday night and its event.

Great! Rowan raped her and Hidalgo appeared like a prince in his shining armor to save her. And then, he also killed... Rowan!

"Could Rowan be dead, huh," Gabrielle guessed difficultly, she unwrapped her eyes and bits her bottom lips. Then, she exhales.
