Ryan walked towards where Adrian had sat, watching him pick up random stones and throwing them around as if to vent.
He sighed. "You realise you're being really weird, right?" Ryan spoke up, moving closer to Adrian and taking a seat beside him on the bench where he sat.
"If you're here to bother me, just leave cause I'm not in the mood," Adrian warned him quickly, throwing the stones in his hands as far as he could.
"Are you telling me to leave you alone? Is that how you address your Alpha?" Ryan teased like he usually did and Adrian scoffed dryly.
"Alpha Ryan, do you need me to do anything for you? I mean, anything pack related?" he asked, staring back at Ryan with a serious look on his face.
Ryan's brows creased in confusion. "Since when did you start to take me so seriously? You know very well that I'm only messing with you," he said, not hiding the fact that he was displeased with Adrian's attitude.
"You're being completely delusional Amelia," Isabel stated calmly, gulping down the glass of orange juice that she had requested from the servant."Am I being delusional? Really girl? Are you seriously going to deny what I witnessed yesterday?" Amelia questioned and Isabel sighed."What exactly did you witness that's making you so paranoid? Was it the fight Adrian and I had yesterday? Is that anything new at all? The only difference between our argument from yesterday and the arguments we've been having in the past few weeks is that, you my dear friend, was unfortunate enough to be present. Adrian and I argue almost every time we run into each other and trust me, it's no longer a big deal," Isabel explained but Amelia wasn't ready to let go of her suspicion just like that.
"Camille? Isn't that the name of the beautiful goddess I saw the other day? The one you said is the third in command?" Isabel asked, whispering in Amelia's ears."She's the one," Amelia replied, still staring at the door nervously."What is she doing here?" Isabel whispered.Amelia shrugged. "How the hell am I supposed to know?" she hissed at Isabel."Are you going to let me in or should I just leave?" Camille asked from behind the door."Coming!" Amelia hollered before getting up and opening the door slowly to welcome Camille."H...hello," she greete
"Vampire? That's what you're called?" Layla asked out of curiosity as she walked up to Gaius."Don't bother asking any more questions cause you're not getting anything else from me," Gaius spat out.Layla clicked her tongue. "Don't be ridiculous you bastard. You're gonna have to talk and whether or not you want to isn't any of my business," she told him and he scoffed."Now you bastard, will you start telling me what I need to know or do I have to force it out of you?" Layla asked, still maintaining her cool."You're not getting anything else out of me," Gaius repeated and immediately, Layla's hands flew across his face. She slapped him and she slapped him hard."Tell me where you bastards hide and how the fuck you even got into this place!" Layla demanded."As if I'd tell actually tell you any of that. I already told you I'm not telling you anyt

Amelia hollered before getting up and opening the door slowly to welcome Camille."H...hello," she greeted nervously and Camille smiled."Hi Amelia! I'm allowed to call you that, right?" Camille asks, walking into Amelia's room with a small smile playing on her lips."Sure thing lady Camille," Amelia replied, suddenly feeling inferior in front of her.She couldn't help but be in awe by how beautiful Camille was and as much a
Camille stood and watched from afar as a little boy and his father ran around happily with a wide grin on both their faces. The little had his small had a linked with his father as his father seemed to be teaching him some sort of game that pretty much unfamiliar with Camille. She stared at them and her eyes get a little teary from the fact that they looked so happy and they seemed to be doing well and although she knew she should be happy for them and be happy by the fact that they seemed to be living their lives peacefully, she couldn't help but feel a little bitter by the fact that such happiness and carefreeness was a feeling that she could no longer relate to.They was once a time in her life when she was also happy to free herself like that and live a perfectly normal and happy life but such a time was no longer in existence for now. Now, the only time she could ever get to smile was when she watched the father and son duo live their lives happily and
"I didn't abandon my son Leandro," Camille managed to speak up after a few long seconds of silence."What did you just say? You didn't abandon him? Can you be even more shameless Camille?" Leandro scoffed bitterly. He could not believe that she had the audacity to lie right to his face."Yes Leandro, I am shameless and I won't bother denying it. I'm shameless for coming all the way here to see my son from afar and I know it's shameless of me to even call him my son when I have never been a mother to him. I know very well that I have no shame Leandro, so there's no need for you to remind me of my shamelessness," Camille blurted in frustration as she suddenly felt like she would break down in tears any second from now."Camille, why are you here to torture yourself? What has suddenly gotten into you and why are you trying to go back on your own words? You told me that you didn't want Jared to know he was your and you said that you wo
As planned, the chosen members of the Redmooon pack including Kira herself set out that night.Kira was most definitely nervous about the entire plan but she masked her nervousness and put up a brave front to encourage her people. The fact that anyone who ever encountered them always turned up dead made her a lot more wary for herself and for the people she had with her. As much as she wanted to catch them, she couldn't afford to lose her own people along the way. They set out as planned and went to the planned destination. As Kira had instructed, they all hid behind the tress while Kira stood with Landon in the middle of the forest acting as if they were both having a deep conversation about protecting the woods when they were actually at alert to spot any sudden movements.Time passed by and they got nothing. Some of her pack members were starting to feel tired and Kira's stomach churn
Although the people of the Redmooon pack knew that Damien was Kira's mate, they still gave him a suspicious look when he arrived. They all scrutinized him as he walked closer to Kira's place, whispering to themselves, an action which had not gone unnoticed by Damien."It seems the people do not welcome us too," Draco whispered to Damien."That's fine by me. It's obviously going to take a while to get used to it but I came here for another reason and I could care less about their reaction," he whispered back to Draco."Welcome Alpha Damien," Layla greeted Damien with a smile on her face. She had not expected him to come all the way here and his sudden presence definitely took her by surprise."Thanks for having me lady Layla," he replied her as he followed her in."Inform Kira of Damien's presence," Layla whispered to one of the guards and he did as told.Kira hurriedly came out to meet Damien. She had not expected h
