Staring at the ceiling with so many doubts running in my head, I couldn't help but feel really anxious.This castle doesn't have a good vibes, I could feel it.

But at the same time, there's more than just negative vibes as if mixed but not balanced enough.I don't want to waste my energy and time in this place.

It's been hours and I see no clue of Maddox.Heck I wish he would at least mind link me? My voice can't reach him but his definitely can then what's the problem?

Did he perhaps forget about mind linking because of all the stress? At this point, I couldn't help but think the worst.

Does he want me back or not? I groaned, shaking my head to not let such thoughts get to me.There must be a reason if he is late.I sulked in a sharp breath, feeling suffocated.I so badly want to leave this place.It's doing me no good.

I have never felt this insecure in my whole life.I got off the bed and dragged my feet towards the door but my toe bumped into the corner of the bed.I w
