Chapter 106 Memories 7

~Samantha Age 10~

Finally, I can eat solid food again! Oh, steak how I have missed you! I do a little happy dance in the hospital bed as the meat nearly melts in my mouth. Doc says I can leave this drab room today too! I heard from the other nurses that the dentist who mangled my teeth left the pack, I felt a tiny bit sorry for him and I told my dad that it wasn’t his fault. But Daddy assured me that he wasn’t forced out he left on his own.  

Oh well.  

I pause as one of my dad’s guards walks in, smiling. “Young Alpha. You’re awake finally!”  

“Yes sir, Mr. Stevenson! Doc said I could leave today!” I held my arms up high over head as he chuckled and sat on the bed.  

“Yes, I know. You father called me and asked me to keep an eye on you. They are still away on business together.
