Uriel and Rafael are still arguing about following and keeping Dean away from other hellish creatures that could be in and out of the portal. Rafael is quite stubborn because he already knows everything about Dean. His strength, the destruction of the world, hell, and possibly heaven were also destroyed by Dean's formidable power.
