Mirabel's POV

We sat on the four-corner dining table eating our breakfast when suddenly we heard the doorbell ring outside. Arabella and I looked at each other, who could be at the door?

No one visits me except Arabella, so who might be at the door, I stood up from my seat to go get the door, but Arabella suddenly said

"Sit, I'll get it" she stood up and walked to the door, she peeped through the peephole before she opened the door, I could see the entrance door from the dining but the person stood outside, so I didn't see anyone.

I heard them converse before Arabella called out to me. "You have a package, Mira" I stood up and walked to the door when she said so.

I saw a delivery man standing outside, "Mirabel Jayden?" he asked me and I nodded.

He handed out a package to me and gave me something to sign on. I gave it back to him after signing it.

"Thank you, ma'am," he said before leaving.

Arabella and I entered the house and slammed the door shut.
