Chapter 92

It was 3:23 AM on Saturday, Axel lay down on the bed with his gaze on the ceiling and his hands still wrapped around Mirabel, he couldn't sleep cause he had a lot on his mind and also because of his insomnia.

After a few minutes he gently moved his hands from Mirabel without waking her up, he stood up from the bed, making sure she was covered with the duvet before he headed out of the room.

Axel went into the study room inside the villa, he sat down on the chair, bringing out his phone to make a call. The call was answered on the second ring.

"Hello, boss" Dave's voice echoed from the other end of the call.

"How far have you gone on it?" Axel asked going straight to the reason he had called.

"Sir, we found out about something which seemed suspicious. It appeared that the driver of the car which had clashed with the young madam's parents' car is still alive" Dave released a tip of info they've gotten.

Axel took a deep breath, his eyes darkening a little as he heard the information
