Thump! Thump!
His loud heartbeats awaken him from his sleep. Cain opens his eyes in panic. He looks around then; he fixes his eyes on Rosie. She’s sleeping peacefully in his arm. He smiles and strokes her hair gently. He lights a kiss on her forehead.Thump!Once again, his heart throbs. He slowly pulls his arm from Rosie then sits up. He could feel his breath is rushing. He gets down from the bed and puts his clothes on. He walks towards the door passes the mirror. He freezes.He takes a step back and looks at his reflection in the mirror. His eyes color has changed.
