“If you go to jail, you might not be able to find a job in the future. Oh, right, Mr. Wharton is planning to expose this matter to warn everyone. Tsk, I don’t know if you can afford the price.”

Taking advantage of Ethan’s reputation, Kristen used a few words to scare Cynthia so much that her face turned pale. Cynthia’s legs went weak and she collapsed to the ground.

“Cynthia, I lent you money out of kindness. You did this. Don’t slander me!”

Taylor panicked as well. She was afraid that Cynthia would expose her.

But now, how could Cynthia still listen to Taylor? After all, offending Ethan was more terrible than offending the Davis family!

She pointed at Taylor and shouted crazily, “She’s the one who gave me the money to drug the horse.”

“Liar!”

Taylor stood up and slapped Cynthia in front of everyone.

“I’m not a liar! I have evidence.”

Cynthia covered the place where she had been beaten and glared at Taylor. She took out her phone and played a recording.
