Chapter nineteen

Donald watched Helma through his read window as she entered a taxi. His mind kept repeating "it's a date" and it kept making his stomach tighten at the thought. He tried his best to not trail but head home, but he couldn't. He trailed behind her taxi for twenty minutes and finally stopped few meters away from a coffee shop. He saw Helma come down for the taxi and a familiar face handing her a flower. Helma collected the flowers with a smile.

Helma's smile annoyed Donald. "How could she smile at flowers" he complained to himself hitting the steering. He watched Helma and Jay walk inside the coffee shop. He got more angrier when Jay held Helma's waist. Donald puffed out air from his mouth and drove back home. He kept reminding himself "She is just an employee and her personal life is none of my business" but the more he said those words to himself the more pissed he became. He drove at high speed trying to burn away his anger, but it increased.
