Chief Haizhar might just be one of those people you end up liking. He loves to talk, and even the dumbest person in the room would know he is anything but sly and cunning. He says things as he thinks them, even if some can be quite blunt.

His fascination with Clair De Lune makes me enjoy talking about the kingdom even more. It is incredible how isolated the Dragons have remained from the other kingdoms, caught up in their own war.
